After having a problem with our contractor regarding tile installation, we really relied on Chesapeake Tile to help us. They gave us free field, accent tile and grout to help make up for our contractors mistake. In addition, they gave us advise over the phone and even gave us a few name of other tiling professionals. Customer service was fantastic and we couldn't be more please. We will definitely use again and highly recommend. more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/25/2007

These ppl have the best customer service they went out of their way to make sure i had an item in time for my contractor to do the work...they went so far as to drop it off by my house to make sure i had it in time...and this is not even a big-ticket item, it was just a bucket of grout. amazing customer service that they went so out of their way to stand by their word of saying i would have it in time! unbelievable! more

Their product lines are astounding. Their showroom goes on and on with absolutely beautiful tiles. The product lines are both in depth and interesting. Their showroom staff is extremely knowledge and very helpful. I would strongly recommend them. Pros: staff, product lines more
