went to this Exxon for the MD State Inspection. They inspected my vehicle and failed it because they said there where 3 repairs needed to be made, right front rotor, an blown taillight, and the headlight adjusting screws were missing from my vehicle. This was in July. I got the rotor replaced, replaced the bulb myself and then concentrated on the headlamp adjusting screws. I searched everywhere for these screws, advanced auto parts, auto zone, junkyards, etc... In my frustration I even called the shop and informed them of my situation, my temp registration had expired because I didn't have a MD inspection certificate yet i spent money on headlamp adjusting screws from auto parts stores which did not work for my particular SUV. On the verge of tears I asked them if I brought my vehicle to them could they fix the issue with the headlights especially since they are the ones who found the issue in the first place. They responded that they would not be able to help me. I asked how could they be a repair shop and have found this problem but not be able to fix it??? This is my first and last time with this repair shop. As a note, the MVA should do a little more research before they endorse a repair shop just because it's nearby.
