GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME 7/3/2011

I can only speak for myself but my experience here has been great. I've been here 8 years and have had no problems. After they put mulch around the bushes there are some bugs. A little spray takes care of it. And there have been a few breakins over the years, but crime here is not rampant by no means. The office staff is nice and easy to talk to and the maintainance is the best. They are always there quickly and work until the problem is fixed. All in all I think this is a great place to live. more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 7/1/2011

I learned that my apartment wasbroken intotwice before I moved in. It wasbroken into while I was there and my car was stolen a week later. Crimeis rampant! People are afraid. In adition, everyone I know who lived there and moved out was charged for new carpeting because management lies. AVOID!!! Also, bugs are horrible! more
