Cherry Hill Dog & Cat Hospital

This is the worst place!!!! I called to ask about my kitten we think she ate a lilly plant and had gotten sick twice about 2 to 3 days apart. I called to ask if a lilly plant would hurt my kitten and was told no. I was told if she gets sick for 24 hours or will not eat for 24 hours take her to emergancy. Other wise the lilly will not hurt her!!!!! Well she did not get sick or not eat for 24 hours so i did not run to vet. A couple of days latter she just was not her self and did not eat for the frist time. I ran to emergancy vet to find out that the lilly was toxic and my kitten was in kiddney failure. Thousands of dollars later were are still trying to save the kitten. If i was told it was toxic she would have been to doc 4 days soon and things would not be so bad. I hold him and his staff responsable for wrong information. Oh he said his staff would of never have told me the lilly was ok, i have a voicemail of the message that she said it would not hurt the cat. more

We took our Sadie in today, as she's just not feeling well. First time visit. We just moved to the area, and had to find a new vet.My son and I were impressed from the moment we walked in. Everyone there is WONDERFUL!! \r Dr. Foreman is the kindest doctor I've ever met. MD or Vet. He spent so much time with us explaining everything in detail. He was very thorough in examining her. The man knows his stuff! \r We were so happy to find him. Definitely a keeper!!\r He called me bright and early this morning, as promised with Sadie's test results. Again, explained everything to me in detail! Now I know how to take care of her! \r Thank you, Dr. Foreman! more

Besides the whole office and every invoice being covered with religious propaganda the place is friendly. It has a more local vet feel, so if your used to VCA or something you won't like it.\r But seriously stop with the religious crap its offensive to non-religious costumers and makes us feel isolated in your "church". Remember your treating peoples pets not preaching to them. more

I called to have my dog seen because she had been diagnosed with MRSA and wasn't getting any better. I was told the veterinarian wouldn't take my dogs case because she was too severe. She hadn't even looked at my dog to know if she was severe or not. I'm not impressed, with this place at all. If you don't want to care for sick animals you shouldn't be a veterinarian. more

The veterinarians @ cherry hill are awful. I cannot even refer to any of them by name because they never even introduced themselves to me when I arrived for an appointment...and I've taken 4 pets to them for 10 years! The only reason I went there for so long was because they are less than a mile away from my home. My last experience with them put me over the edge. I took my dog there because he stopped eating, but the doctors there were too interested in having a long holiday weekend to spend the required time & effort to diagnose him properly. By the time the office was open again, my dog needed to be put to sleep. If that wasn't bad enough, they rushed my family out of there before we were finished saying goodbye. The doctor opened the door and exposed my grieving family to the entire waiting room while she and the staff at the front desk yelled back and forth about how much money we still owed. The fine staff of Cherry Hill Vet takes care of our animals like they were their own. We recently boarded our sick Lab with them and they were wonderful. They administered her meds, gave her a bath, brushed her everyday, and gave her lots of love and attention all at a very reasonable cost. My "Kelly" loves her humans at Cherry Hill Vet, and I'm sure your dog or cat will too. more

Both vets are wonderful with our dogs and the support staff couldn't be nicer.\r \r Whenever I call for an appointment they gladly work with my time frame and when it is an emergency, are always willing to have me bring in my dog as soon as possible. Once in the office, the wait is never long and the doctor sees my dog immediately upon entering the exam room.\r \r My dogs have had several surgical procedures at this vet and all have gone well and were successful. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful all the time.\r \r I can usually make an appointment within a week of when I call and when it is an emergency, they are always willing to have me bring in my dog whenever necessary. Once in the office, the wait is never long and the doctor sees my dog immediately upon entering the exam room.
