Great Sit Down Chinese Restaurant 12/4/2008

A great neighborhood Chinese restaurant I can walk to. It has a late 1960?s kind of retro feel to the decor. All red with Chinese decor, fat red booths and tables. I haven?t had a bad meal here yet. Everything I?ve order over the years has been very tasty. Be warned, the Chinese Chicken salad is a meal in it self. Only the hard core regulars know that you can even order off the menu, like the Sesame Beef or Chicken. You must check it out and go. Never a bad meal. HUGE servings of tasty food! 12/3/2008

This is a little neighborhood Chinese place a block from my house. I've heard mixed reviews, and this was my first visit. I was charmed by the atmosphere, there is a nice Chinese decor as well as several articles and pictures of locals. I had chicken lo mein and garlic broccoli, thinking to have enough to eat for tomorrow. Yeah right! They use large Chinese containers with baggies over them so they could stuff them over the brim! I'm so stuffed but still can't lose the containers. I can eat for the week! Pros: large quantities of good food Cons: American-style cuisine more

All around very good every time for me. 9/15/2007

Some people say on other sites that the service wasn't that great. I've been very lucky every time I've eaten here the food is a great bargain and the service has been way above average. The Hot and Sour soup is killer and the duck dishes have been sooooooooooo good. It's worth it to me and I'm very picky. Bon Apetit. more
