Clean my couch and rugs beautifully! 3/19/2012

I have been using Chem-Dry for years and have always been happy with the results. My close friend started a company similar to theirs and I tried his out, but now I am back at Chem-Dry. Recently they have done my rugs and my couch- both of which came out beautifully! The couple of stains in my rug came right out. The people they sent out were very nice and very accommodating. The quality of work they do is great and I am happy with the customer service. more

Great Value and Service 3/17/2012

We called and got more than a couple of quotes and luckily, we ended up with Chem-Dry on the North Shore. We had a great experience from start to finish. They were professional, on-time, and we were very pleased with the end result. In fact, we are in the process of scheduling with Chem-Dry again for more work!! I would definitely recommend Chem-Dry on the North Shore. more

This was the first time I had used Chem-Dry on the North Shore, and it was so easy to schedule a time and day with them. The next thing I knew, they were there and ready to clean! The gentleman who came out was so fantastic, really he's outstanding. He took so much time cleaning my carpets. I had really let my carpets go and they were a mess! He did a superb job cleaning them. I was so happy and pleased with the results, I've already recommended them to a few other people. I hope everyone else has the same great experience I had with them! I will never have anyone else but Chem-Dry on the North Shore clean my carpets! more
