Th gentleman who did clean our rugs was most accomadating and did a perfect clean job. He got all the hard spots out and cleaned small spots here and there. We would call for him again!!!! more

I had Chem-Dry clean an apartment after the contractors completed repairs. They were focused and addressed the areas I requested. They showed up on time, got it done, and left promptly. As a landlord I will use them again. more

Cedric was a total professional. I have a lot of stains that couldn't come out of my carpet, but he tried extremely hard. I will certainly refer (as I have already) and use Cedric of Chem Dry again. more

The technician was very nice but the carpets did not look very clean after the service. 5/4/2011

The technician was very nice and friendly and informed me of all the extras but did not push me to purchase more than I wanted, which was very nice. The carpet were totally dry within an hour, which was also fabulous. However, the carpets did not have a super clean look, which I would expect, especially after spending more than $300 dollars! When my husband got home from work, he asked when the carpet cleaners were going to come! more

Andrew provided me excellent service. My only suggestion is that you leave some information about follow-up care, i.e. how long carpets, sofa will remain wet, how long to wait before I put cushons on couch, etc.. more

I have been using Chem-Dry of Marin for almost 10 years - best carpet cleaning process, quick drying and natural. The carpet tech guys are just great with pet messes - came immediately last year when my dog was really sick, and saved my carpets! more

Worth the price! 4/19/2011

Although Chem Dry is more expensive than other carpet cleaners in the area, they are well worth the cost. The Chem Dry team worked diligently on the stained areas. They made sure they were clean. They also reviewed the job with me before and after to be certain I got what I expected. I got more than I expected. My carpet looks new! I am a customer for life! more

No spots but an overall dull cast after cleaning. Disappointing. 4/18/2011

The carpet has no spots but now has an overall DULL look compared to a few protected places that weren't cleaned. It's a 1-1/2 year old carpet (new) that wasn't very dirty and I believe this was the first cleaning. We have used Chem Dry in San Francisco with better results. more

Sean did a good job, but lots of carpet debris left behind. 3/22/2011

This being a newish carpet, it is still shedding, and that was really made clear after the cleaning. I know that Sean made an effort to pick up as much of the debris as possible, but there was still quite a bit left after the cleaning. Again, I don't fault Sean on this; it's the carpet. Maybe in situations like this an offer could be made to come back after he carpets dried and vacuum the loose debris up? I'd pay $25 for that. more

Very good technicians. Spot removal could have been better. 3/17/2011

The technicians were timely and very pleasant. The carpets dried very quickly, which was wonderful, compared to my last experience with another company. However, I was disappointed that there were some spots left that I was surprised they couldn't remove. Overall, a very good experience. Our first call was met with pleasant reception and immediate satisfaction re date Chem Dry could come to our house. Good communication. The cleaner was nice and worked hard - explained the process, etc. The couches look cleaned and many stains have disappeared. We will definitely use Chem Dry again. more
