Oustanding same day serivce 8/12/2011

Outstanding service and on the same day! We had substantial carpet water damage, broken washer hose in the basement, stains on carpet and a mildew smell. I thought no way it would never go away. Insurance company said call Chem Dry of Cary maybe they can get it done. Very professional service and they attended to all the details, even moving a *heavy* furniture item to get everything clean. Completely removed the stains and the smell is gone! I'll use Chem Dry of Cary again without hesitation. more

Left a white residue and stains came back 4/19/2011

I used Chem Dry one time and will not use again. My carpets were left with a white chemical/powdery residue.Several stains on my stairs came back and when I called to inquire about this, the owner was very argumentative and would not come back out to redo them. more

Excellent results! 3/9/2011

We contacted Chem-Dry of Cary last week to have a a couple of rooms cleaned. They were able to come out the same day. We had 2 bedrooms, a large hallway and staircase done. The crew - a male and female were pleasant, professional and hardworking. The job was completed in less than an hour. The carpets (cream colored frieze) look amazing! What a great job! No mess...no soggy carpets! We'll definitely use them in the future. more

Not Happy at All 2/2/2011

Chem Dri left a white residue that will not come out easy. My carpets looked so bad a few days after that I also called Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning, Thanks for the recomendation, they did a great job. Thats my 2 cents worth .. Mike more

Recommend -Worth the price 4/9/2009

Carpets & Upholstery look great and clean. My kids and dog get all over them and don't have the time or effort to keep up. Dried in 2 hrs like they said, on time, professional and courteous. Relatives in Fl use another franchise no problems either. Pros: cleans well, safe & green more

Fishy Reviews 2/28/2009

Five of the seven reviews look very fishy. Let?s look at the five closely. All the reviews have names as titles. Who does that? They were written in about the say time span. They are all written in the same style. The Todd and John review are almost identical. Last but not least, the writing is very simple and elementary as though an uneducated carpet cleaner wrote the reviews. Also try using spell check and please try not to write in all caps. That is very annoying. more

Wonderful company 9/25/2008

Chem Dry did a fabulous job on my carpets. They were on time, professional, friendly, and fast! My whole house (upstairs, downstairs, stair case, and pet areas that got a special protectant) only took about an hour and it looks amazing. The high traffic areas that used to be dark and discolored from the rest of the carpet are back to normal and it dries so fast. Definitely use these folks if you are looking for a fast painless way to clean your carpets. A great price too! more

We have been using Chem Dry of Cary for years now with great satisfaction. Once we had a small problem with a recurring pet stain that came back after the initial cleaning. We called the office the next day and a crew was sent back out that day, at no charge. The stain has never come back. We have alwas found Chem Dry of Cary polite, helpful and customer orientated. Customer service and high standards of quality control can be expected. more

I AM A BELIEVER NOW,THE CHEM DRY PROCESS WORKS! MY ORIENTAL RUGS WERE CLEANED IN MY HOME AND LOOK GREAT. NO PUSHY SALES PITCH, I GOT THE STAIN PROTECTION AND HAD THE RUGS SANITIZED FOR PET ODOR. IT SEEMS TO HAVE WORKED WELL, I HAD THE WORK DONE OVER OVER TWO WEEKS AGO. THE TECS TOLD ME IF I HAD ANY CONCERNS OR IF THE STAINS CAME BACK I COULD CALL THEM TO COME BACK AT NO CHARGE. THEY ALSO LEFT A FREE CAN OF SPOTTER FOR ANY FUTURE PET ACCIDENTS. Pros: FREE CAN OF SPOTTER, ODOR GONE, NOT PUSHY more

We have two kids and a cat, I like home services Professional & convenient. It was my day off, the crew from Chemdry of Cary came out on time, no surprises from the phone estimate and the results were very good, considering the wear in our old carpet and the prior steam cleanings. No HASSLES, AND THE CARPETS WERE DRY BEFORE THE KIDS CAME HOME FROM SCHOOL. Pros: NO HASSLES, CONVENIENT, NO SURPRISES more

WE HAVE BEEN USING CHEM DRY OF CARY FOR YEARS NOW WITH GREAT SARISFACTION.ONCE I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH A RECURRING SODA STAIN AND AFTER TALKING WITH THE OFFICE A CREW WAS SENT BACK OUT AT NO CHARGE.THE STAIN HAS NEVER CAME BACK.WE HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM POLITE AND VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTATED WITH HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY. more
