What a loss!!!\r Very RUDE manager--Donna--doesn't even qualify to be a janitor more

I am fed up with this place. \r I took some gowns in there a few months ago, then called to ask about payment. The OLD white-hair witch said--nothing sold yet--I know that is a lie. I know the one young lady that bought one of my gowns.\r I hope the owner wises up and hires HONEST employees--Younger would probably help. This lady is very RUDE, and a snob. just don't ever go there more

my experience at Chelsea's Closet was okay , Donna was a little rude at times but thats how older southern folk are . She loves to help but has a additude at the same time and is always saying""look at me"" when she wants to say something:) She was very helpful in finding me a dress. On the other hand my mother did not think she was nice at all , They have very beautiful dresses and luckily i found a green sparkly age appropiate dress for my 8th grade formal . Overallll , it wasnt that bad . more

I am new to the Snellville area and Donna made me feel very welcome and at home. She is a true southern woman and some people can't handle that (the other reviewers). She speaks her mind, and I admire her for that. I had such a wonderful experience that I decided to buy my wedding gown from her store. She is open everyday except for Sundays and Mondays. OPEN SATURDAYS There are over a thousand dresses to choose from and you will find something you like. Please go to her store. more

Bad customer service, the owner i guess her name is Donna is extremly rude, cero people skills, i just stopped by looking for a dress and i felt like she didn't wanted me to be in her store, i was looking at the dresses and she maked the statement like '' No I guess that's all I have'', when I wasn't even done looking, like she was not interested on my business, then when I wanted to put a dress back in the rack she tooked from me and said rudly '' that doesn't go there honey"" with a rude tone of voice, then when I wanted to try on a dress I ask if I coud try it on, she said'' Honey you can try that dress on but that's just to expensive for you"" I looked at her and I couldn't believe what she had just said!, I felt like in the pretty woman movie!! she then said Ho sorry I thought your were Shelly or some name like that, but I think she did't on purpose, well not sure what her problem is but I am a normal and decent person, proffesional so not sure what was her problem and why she treats people like that but I will certainly never return there and I will tell my friends how rude she was and worse is that she dont even apologized, I dont think she has a clue of what she is doing. more

This is the worst experience with customer service I have ever had! Donna is the most rude person I have ever had an encounter with. The fact that she is in charge and works with customers is a joke. I left 3 dresses there last year and when I did she told me not to call her for 3 months and that when I did call I ""was not allowed to speak to anyone else"" because they didn more
