It all starts with Bill at the front desk, then the guys that fix my car. They get me to my home and when my car is ready they pick me up, then it ends with Bill at the front desk and everyone does a great Job, Thanks Guys! more

Service - with a capital S!! 5/30/2013

I had tire problems that were causing a vibration. After I got new tires/wheels, I still had the vibration. They called me to check on me and had me come back in. They fixed my car for free - Tammy even took a ride with me, let me go as fast as I needed to, to make sure the problem was gone. My car drives like a dream - and it NEVER has before. Now, THAT's what I call SERVICE. Can't get that just anywhere anymore. more

Great! 5/25/2013

I have been servicing my fleet vehicle(s) at another facility for years. With my new vehcile, that facility was not listed, so I had to try another place. I'm glad I did! These folks have treated me very well each of the three times I've been in, including a "quick check" on a suspicious looking fluid leak. I don't write many reviews (maybe 2 per year) but my experience so far with Chelsea Tire and Service has prompted me to write a review. Well done!! more
