New battery 8/24/2013

My 2 year old Sonata would not start one a.m. I had no idea the battery was dead so quickly but,long story short, I got a great price and great service at my favorite auto service place. I will never go back to the dealer where I bought the car but Chelsea Tire has my business forever. This is not my first great great story about these guys. Check them out if you need service, you will be glad you did. more

We went in to get new tires. The manager was quick to suggest all current discounts for the tires we had decided. We ended up saving over $300 on the total costs. more

Responsiveness by Mike via email apt request 7/30/2013

Mike set me up when I asked for and at the last minute I added an oil change as well as the dealer had a death and they were closed. They had me rotated and balanced and oil change and out the door in 50 minutes. I also liked that the service rep test drove the truck when done, the neat and clean waiting area with Tv, wi fi , and magazines. Also , desk staff very friendly. I plan to get all oil changes done here once my 36 month warranty ends in Feb. as well as get replacement tires down the road. Gary Freeman Jr. more

Chelsea Tire and Service Rocks 7/24/2013

I am always treated like a real person when I use Chelsea, which by the way is on a regular basis. My first visit to CT I was informed that my fairly new tires needed to be rotated and balanced. I had been going back to the place where I bought the car and paying for my oil to be changed and tires to be rotated and balanced, sad to say the tires had not been touched. I have not been back for service to the dealership and will not. I trust Chelsea Tire and their prices are more than reasonable. By the way I have a Hyundai Sonata, love my car but dealership not so much. more

Nice folks, good service 7/16/2013

Overall great experience. I was charged $5 for "shop supplies" to change light bulbs plus the cost of the light bulbs. What kind of supply was used? Seems like a hidden fee. I still plan on using these guys again for any service. more
