I don't find this bank very convenient, nor very friendly. With a few exceptions, the majority of the tellers have zero personality. You need to go into the bank to do things that, with most of those big ""bad"" corporate banks, you could do online or over the telephone (i.e. change your address, get a replacement card, etc.). The bank boasts when you open your account about how they are part of some network of ATMs so if you use certain ATMs you have no fee. Well I'm yet to come across said network. I am a college student, so I've asked my mother to deposit a little bit of cash into my checking account a couple of times over the years, and the tellers give her problems. She's DEPOSITING, and they don't want to do it. I have never run into such problems at other banks (I've deposited money into other people's accounts at other banks). I just really do not recommend this bank. I'm really looking forward to switching out.
