UNPROFESSIONAL, LAW BREAKERS, THEIVES!! 4/22/2008

OK, if you want to read the full story, please go to the SeattleTimes website, and select SEARCH>ADVANCED and then type VitaMilk files claim against Barkley Financial Services. Or Google UBANKONLINE for some more interesting information about these guys. They use multiple different names as well. Such as, ChekProtekt (Yes, that's actually how they spell it), Action Debt Recovery, and Barkley Financial Services. \r \r Regardless of their guise, name, or the concept of their Con, these guys are absolutely the CROOKS of CROOKS. \r \r THEY STOLE OVER $400,000.00 dollars worth of account's from us (VitaMilk) and that's not counting what they charged in interest and fees. \r \r They also did a Pump and Dump on the stock market as we have come to learn. They created a fake Bank on the internet and called UBankOnline. They got in some serious trouble from the Fed's. Thank God they got caught that time around.\r \r The owners names are:\r \r Steven Hudson, Carolee Hudson, Edward Boress and Pakie Plastino.\r \r Be sure to look them up. Steve and Carolee Hudson live at:\r \r 6109 173rd Pl SW\r Lynnwood, WA 98037\r \r Their home phone number is: (425) 745-6145\r \r Edward Boress lives in Index, WA.: \r \r Though we were unable to find a specific address, we are confident that him as his wife are currently residing in Index.\r \r Unless you want to end up in court fighting for your money, think twice before you ever, ever, sign an ""Agreement"" with these guys. \r \r COMPLETE THIEVES! Cons: THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

TERRIBLE! REVOLTING! - HEADS UP!!!! 4/22/2008

Personally, I used this company to collect some small claims court judgments for me. The hard part was already done, though, they still couldn't collect. Furthermore, I found out that they did, in fact, collect one of the judgments, ($2,400) and they kept the money!! \r \r These guys are some low life, thieving, dirt bags. What was worse, was the sales girl told me over the phone that they had already collected the judgment. I showed up to collect my payment at there office. The zit faced lady who works as there receptionist was dressed like she was a 'Bad Taste' model for Value Village and proudly wore glasses that would make even Drew Carey's glasses look thin.\r \r Once there, a heavy set man, wearing cheap Grey slacks, with itty bitty eyeballs and thick glasses came wobbling out from the back where he proceeded to tell me that they had lost my money. They did not know what happened to it but that they were currently tracking it down as we spoke. UNBELIEVABLE!! ""How do you loose $2,400?"", I said.\r \r Long story short, he invites me out back for a cigarette. Where he proceeds to tell me about incompetent employee's and how he's eventually going to assume full ownership and will have things straight around there. Then tells me how it will come out of somebody's paycheck if it comes to that, but that I will get my money!\r \r It was all non-sense. I haven't heard back from these guys at all. FRAUDSTERS!!!! THEY ARE ALL LIARS!!!! \r \r NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: A LOT! READ THE REVIEW! more
