The decor of the restaurant has an elegant supper club atmosphere. The waitress was very pleasant, accommodating, provided timely service. The hot dishes were served hot and very delicious. Very friendly atmosphere. Stopped by for dinner after work and felt very comfortable dining alone. more

We were planning a family dinner for my birthday but wife was under the weather and she insisted I go anyway. I had a great time, good food and service, and enjoyed myself even if she could not make it. more

Recommend 8/5/2011

This time I went with my coworkers and husband for happy hour and food was amazing again! I didn't get my favorite Shrimp Arugla spicy pasta but got HH special 5 layer bean dip. It was very tasting.. perfect portion of the dip and chips for Happy hour. At the end of the visit, i recommended my coworkers to get on Southwest RR dining program so that they can earn pts while eating Chef's delish food! more

Food is delicious 7/28/2011

From what I understand, Chef's American Bistro has a larger dinner crowd than a lunch crowd, and that's a shame! The Chef is very adaptable to food restrictions (my friend is allergic to dairy & eggs), and even remembers my friend when we repeat patronage. We've never had a problem with the food orders coming out wrong, and my friend has never been served so much as a hint of butter. The waitresses are very nice, the food is delicious, and I can only hope that more people discover Chef's AB as a good place to eat lunch. more

was a gem of a restaurant, tucked away in the corner of the San Souci shopping center. I tried a glass of a local wine, from Solomon's Island Winery, and just loved it. I ended up buying the whole bottle of thThise Island Mist, Green Apple Riesling. It was excellent! more
