No, I go to Chef Marilyn's in order to eat vegetables and fish. If you do not choose gravies and some of the fried chicken (which they have baked chicken, chops, meatloaf, turkey legs or wings) then this place gives you a healthier choice than most restaurants. I disagree with the writer that said it was cholesterol laden. This place gives you a good selection of spinach, cabbage, green beans, greens w/turkey, beans (3 types), okra/corn, if only they would stay light on the salt...I always say let the customer add the salt for those of us who are salt sensitive...I beg of them to go light with their ""seasoning salt"" otherwise, this place is great~ The price is right, too.
