Hi again to fellow review readers - Betsy and I really try and keep up with any reviews written about our stores. To the gal who noticed our smaller sizes; \r
We always order sizes 0-14. Our greatest problem is keeping the larger sizes in stock! It can be very frustrating, we know, to walk into a fun store and NOT see your size. Many of the companies we carry are ""cut to order"" and it can be impossible to re-order sizes and styles when we sell out. That's part of the reason we call customers when sizes come in, however, as we always say, when they are gone...they are gone (this also helps with keeping everyone in the Columbus area from wearing the exact same thing)\r
To address not having private mirrors:\r
We choose to NOT put mirrors in the fitting rooms for a few reasons. First, we take customer service very seriously and letting our sales staff see what you're wearing helps us help YOU. Not to mention how many times we have seen customers come out of the dressing room with a top on as a skirt, a dress on backwards, or trousers that are three sizes too large. Most of the time they don?t know it and if they DIDN""T come out of the fitting room, there is a great chance that our customers wouldn?t know what was wrong and NOT purchase and item...we are here to help you feel beautiful and if it means literally dressing you, then that's what we will do.\r
To address the gossip, we were saddened after reading this. We take it very personally and have addressed this with each member of our staff here at Cheesecake. We love our clients and consider all of our customers friends. We feel terrible about this and hope to make everyone who comes into our stores comfortable and at ease. We apologize sincerely for this and hope it doesn't hinder you coming back! \r
