Cheer Odyssey

I have been a cheer mom in this gym since the beginning. We are in our eighth season and have seen my child soar leaps and bounds with excitement each new season. I have never had a problem with billing. The coaches are strict and direct my child with professionalism and dignity. My child has always been treated respectfully at Odyssey. Parent cliques are in all gyms and the owners and directors cannot control who says what. This gym has an awesome reputation in the community and I have always been proud to be a part of the Cheer Odyssey family. They are very diplomatic and approach concerns with care and have the well-being of the children in mind. Those who are participating in their program are very happy. They are always open for suggestions and have a desire to continually get better and better each year! I would highly recommend you check out the gym and form your own opinions! This gym was an absolute nightmare. The kids are called names when they are unable to perform according to the coaches expectations. The lack of organization is very frustrating as well as the unbreakable cliques amongst the parents. The billing is sneaky too. It is very unfortunate that there is so many talented kids at this facility yet it lacks the proper supervision and support from the coaching staff and owners. Cons: The schedule of classes changed frequently without advance notice. I would drop my child off and no one would show up, only to find out that the class time had changed. more
