I'm a big believer in choice and based upon almost every aspect of this restaurant, you would think they agree. However, frighteningly, you cannot choose to have your burger cooked the way you like it, unless you like it medium, medium well or well done. If they were confident in the quality of the beef they served, surely they would want to satisfy their customers by cooking a burger rare or at least medium rare. The home office is very defensive and lies about regulations so with all the great burger places around, I CHOOSE to go someplace that will cook me a high quality half pound burger, MEDIUM RARE.
Pros: In theory, could be a winner
Cons: In reality, I like my burgers medium rare and cannot get that here.
