As a new hair system wearer, I didn't know where to go to get a cut in, or how to really deal with my new system. I found Chee Chee and she is the greatest! Made me feel comfortable and did a great cut in - everyone was amazed! She is discrete and has a private room that she uses for people with systems. She gave me everything I needed to get started. She can be a bit opinionated and forward, but trust her judgement - she is one class act! more

Excellent phone customer service/phone skills! 6/2/2011

Just wanted to say that I just called to schedule an appointment and received very friendly, warm and professional guidence from their receptionist.... Her manner was upbeat, and she actually made me feel excited about my upcoming appointment! Can't wait...\r \r more

She needs to get talked to by her superior and or let go. That is no way to treat your potential clients. I've never been there, and don't ever want to. Pros: good product lines Cons: laugh at simple questions more

This is a salon you can trust. My husband has been a hairpiece client for 8 years now. Hiss hair loss started in highschool. Along with it went his self esteem and confidence. Eight years ago we went to Chee Chee's to talk about options. A few weeks later we had a custom hairpiece and a renewed sense of self. Thank you Rick and Chee. You have improved our quality of life. High Five To Chee Chee's Salon and Day Spa 11/15/2007

I recently had Chee Chee's recommended to me by a friend of mine. I'd been wanting a new and updated look for awhile and decided to give it a try. What a great experience and boy do I love my new look. I left with waxed brows, a new cut and color and what a difference it has made. I feel ten year younger! I recently checked out their website and registered for online discounts. I can buy product, book appointments, check out their menu and see what the latest trends are. Just for being a new client, I recieved a 20% discount for online product by email. I love this salon and would recomend them to anyone.
