Checkmate flooring is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt w in my life. They take DAYS to answer emails, DAYS to return voicemails, and most messages go ignored. They definitely need schooling on customer service 101. They fail to realize that customers pay their bills!!! more

Mihai and his guys installed hardwood in our house and did a fantastic job. He and his crew were extremely nice, clean and very professional. He worked with us on doing exactly what we requested. Thank you guys for the good job. more
