I brought my dog for a trim on his face, I even had a picture of what I wanted him to look like. I specifically told the groomer not to cut his tail and not to cut his ears. When I came back, my dog did not look like the dog I brought in. He was shaved around his eyes, the inside of his thighs, his tummy and even his backside. His ears were cut off by three inches, his tail was pitifully cut. The groomer told me he bit his tongue and it was bleeding, by the time I brought him in my car, he was licking his legs, tummy, backside and was covered in blood. I brought him back, they cleaned him up, by the time I got home he again was covered in blood. I DID NOT give my permission to have him shaved or cut his ears and tail he does not look like the same dog at all, he looks pretty pitiful. The consolation they gave me was to have their vet check his mouth and another bath since I could not get all the blood out. Anyone out there thinking about having their dog brought there for grooming better think twice. They just take liberties with your pet and do what they please. The groomer told me he was matted, not so, I brush him and just had him to Pet Smart so he could not have been matted enough to be shaved all over. All I asked for was a face trim and showed the groomer his picture. He is now a very pitiful looking dog!! more

EVERY time I have been there, the staff is only interested in dog owners. When I ask for help with questions about cat food/litter the staff is totally not interested or concerned. Ever! more

I have to travel all over for special dietary pet food. I felt that the pricing is reasonable at this store. They have a good variety of products. The staff was helpful trying to make food recommendations for me. They were even cautious enough to suggest I consult my vet for a food source. more
