Wow! This was the best time we have ever had. everything from the hotel grounds to the staff, to the food, and the tours was top notch. My hats off to our Olympus tour booking agent, she is a gem. She was excellent in helping guide us to the tours that fit us, as well as her knowledge and great friendly attitude. The staff was very helpful and efficient. thanks so much for a very memorable trip to Mexico. CheapCaribbean has put together such an informative site with all the details you could need. Nothing all inclusive about our all inclusive vacation. Extra charge for bottled water, shrimp, steak, lobster, premium liquors, beach towels even had to rent a lock from them for our room safe plus a deposit for the safe lock and beach towels. Cheapcaribbean could not even reach the hotel personnel (front Desk) had to use my cell phone at an extra charge of $30.00 to me for them to talk to the hotel and not resolve anything about a superior room to which did not come with a king size bed as their website said. Extra charge for King bed. Not even an iron, had to clean our own bathroom counters( tub had mold around the tub surround), mirrors, dresser tops, rooms never vacuumed, Bathroom walls never properly cleaned greasy in appearance. Appalling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No room shampoos, conditioners. For what we paid seems larcenous for what we received. BUYER BEWARE, received an email that someone would contact us after we filed complaint with cheap caribbean not one soul called back now two weeks since our trip. even sent pictures of less than practical linens unkempt property at the hotel, no garden views all a sham. Can't even type all the info in because it gets me very upset. They take the money and can't or wont do anything for you period. They offered Garden Views simply did not exist. Felix Broome managing Director of Barabados Beach Club published a Rules & regulations of the hotel and affords a copy per room full of promises, etc. but it all comes at an extra charge AND WHEN REFERRED TO THEIR BARBADOS BEACH CLUB) PUBLISHED REGULATIONS THEY SIMPLY SAID "OH NO THATS WRONG". The most disappointing vacation ever. Cheap Caribbean representative Sandra not helpful at any point during our conversation exchange. Oh I'm sorry she did offer another resort not all inclusive that would have cost us another $2000.00. Yeah right. Do not want this to happen to anyone else. If you wish to see photos of rules & regs, property, superbly cheap linens so thin that you can see the ticking on the water stained mattress and box spring as well as complaint filed to Cheap Caribbean feel free to request via email. BUYER BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! Not one person from their help desk or their vacation consultants know if they are members of the chamber of commerce in Doylestown, PA. Rather odd for a business that's operating out of Doylestown,PA. more

Family and I just got back from a hotel called Majestic Elegance which is located on Punta Cana beach. My wife found the deal on Travel Zoo, and we were hesitant since we had not heard of this company before. But, they did have the best price and were offering a free room upgrade. We arrived at the aiport in Punta Cana and there was a sign with our name on, and a van waiting for us. We had to stop at one other hotel, but, got to Majestic within 40 mins. We had never stayed at an all incluisve before, but, we were impressed. We did get an upgraded room, and it was close to the beach as well. Hotel was not full, but that was cool with us. Kids spent some nice in the Kids clubs, and seemed to enjoy that. Value for money was amazing. We ate more and drank more than we ever do at home, and I swear we paid less than we would have being home. All in all, a great trip. Thanks to CheapCaribbean for taking care of us. I will be back and have told all my friends about you as well. THANK YOU! more

I’m a pilot for a major airline so when it comes to jumping on a plane for a vacation I do need to give it a second thought. I have been aware of CheapCaribbean for many years so when I came across an exceptional offer to Aruba I made the spontaneous decision make it our 20th anniversary gift to my wife and myself. We had the time of our lives, the hotel was amazing and without asking we were provided with an ocean front room that completely set the tone for our 5 day trip. Thank you CheapCaribbean , I suspect we won’t wait another 20 years to make another Caribbean trip more

My wife and I booked a trip to Mexico with Cheap Caribbean, and I am so glad we did. After searching other sites and trying to speak to a knowledgeable person, a friend recommended Cheap Caribbean. Their agents were so friendly and helpful, making the entire process so easy. Plus, their people go on trips to the resorts, so they know what they were talking about. The agent we bought with had just returned from Cancun and gave us first-hand information about where to go and stay. Just before we left, my wife called the service department to ask some questions. The woman she spoke with spent considerable time going over our trip to make sure it was all correct and then shared her experiences in Cancun too. We got some great suggestions for things to do and see, plus they even have employees who are in Cancun to help out if something happens. The trip was just awesome, though we really spent most of the time laying out and enjoying the cold beverages!!! The driver from Cheap Caribbean was very courteous and didn't drive crazy. The hotel was beautiful, with lots of room on the beach. We will only use Cheap Caribbean for our trips in the future - they really are better than the rest. more

Made reservations in March 2009 for June 10- 17 2009 with cheapcaribbean to stay at the Windham Maya,Mx. Called to confirm everything was still conformed on June 8th.I paid cash for this trip.My husband having surgery for cancer when we would get back; we just wanted to relax. At airport taxi took us to Windham Maya which had been closed for One Month and was Still Closed. He was told at the gate to take us to the Windham Aztex which I did not book.Maya built maybe in 2007 Beautiful I saw it on internet.Aztex built maybe 1990,old very old nothing but nothing like the one I booked.We had I mean Had to stay there .Our return ticket home was June 17.We didn't have enough $ to look at another all inclusive there;and how would we do that??
