Cheap Jeeps

I have been purchasing vehicles from Cheep Jeeps for more than 20 years. My husband and I recently purchased a 95 Wrangler for our teenage daughter. She had the vehicle only a month when she was in an accident on her way to school in Worcester. She was fine but the vehicle had quite a bit of damage on the front end. She loves the Jeep but does not have much money after paying for school. The guys at Cheep Jeeps gave her a loaner vehicle, helped her deal with the insurance company and were amazing in helping with my teenage daughter. She had her Jeep back in a week. Because it is our daughter, we had it inspected by another repair shop just to be extra safe. The guy said the jeep was in perfect working order and was defiantly safe for her to be in. Tom at Cheep Jeeps has always gone out of his way for my husband and I, and now he is doing the same for our daughter. I would highly recommend Cheep Jeeps to anyone who would listen. more

Worst auto purchase I have ever experienced. I was told the Jeep would be ready on a Monday and I was not able to pick it up for over two weeks. I called on numerous occaisions and received 0 return calls from the dealer. I was told the title was clean and learned later that it was in fact a salvage title, flood recovery. The vehicle was delivered to me with a blank inspection sticker already on it and no seat belts. The tires present on the vehicle at delivery were not the ones on it when I test drove it, they were replaced with cheap aftermarket tires without permission. The transfer case leaked excessive fluid. When I returned the vehicle for service under the lemon law the dealer kept it for 3 days and in that time drove it over 90mi and managed to get a parking ticket in Milford which they never paid or disclosed. When confronted about the situation the dealer denied any knowledge of it however the ticket was dated the same day they had it for service. The vehicle required over $1000 worth of work just to pass inspection. The dealer would not honor lemon law requirements and told me to bring them to court. For your own sake, avoid this dealer! more
