I used to rate Chausee a 5; now I would rate it a 2 or less. I was quoted $262, and the final bill was over $800. That doesn't seem fair to me. Those actions are more like those ...

Outstanding service 2/12/2014

Over the weekend we suddenly had problems with our vehicle, we dropped it off on Sunday night without having a appointment, when we call first thing on Monday morning,they had already looked at our vehicle. Fixed and ready to pick up by the end of the day. more

Car repair - wouldn't start 1/23/2014

My car would not start as it had a lock up system problem that prevented it from starting. Had car towed to Chausee. They were able to located problem and work around the system error which I appreciated. Since an old car, the lock out system was not needed. This was a good, inexpensive fix. Car runs great and was so nice to get in quickly without an appointment. Great mechanics. more

I feel that the Chausee people are not trying to see how many parts they can sell but truly trying to fix your vehicle in the most economical fashion more

good work done for a fair price 12/14/2013

Very happy you were able to fit my truck in for repair. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is I didn't receive any calls from you with a price estimate for the repairs or to tell me that my vehicle was done. I had to call you to get that information. I don't like to call a repair place and have to get that information. Makes me feel like I am an annoying customer, like I'm the only one that matters. Calling and bothering you. If I'd have gotten those calls I would have given you 5 stars. more
