I've used a lot of different drycleaners over the years--can't seem to find one that is right. Some are good at getting the clothes done correctly but have lousy customer service....

Worst

The owners are rude and don't like to follow labor laws. They wash half of your ""dry cleaning"" in a standard washer and dryer, and they are considerably more expensive than most...

Simply perfect everytime! 8/31/2010

I've used a lot of different drycleaners over the years--can't seem to find one that is right. Some are good at getting the clothes done correctly but have lousy customer service. Some with good service but would screw up my clothes a little too often. Chateau Cleaners is just perfect everytime. The customer service is amazing! The gals that work there are fun and meticulous with my special requests. They knew my name by the second visit! Overall, I highly recommend everyone to try this cleaners and find out for yourself. more

the best customer service ever had 9/20/2008

this dry cleaners has the best afternoon staff around they are always friendly and have great service. they are very accomodating and are willing to ammend any concerns you may have. the morning staff is wonderful too but the afternoon is much better. they seem to have more time to spend on your needs and answer any questions you have. i highly recomend this cleaners and their prices are well worth the service alone. Pros: great service great results Cons: a little pricie but worth it more
