Chasewood Downs Apartments

I semi-enjoyed the apartment. It was cheaper than the surrounding areas, but it was not worth it. They never fixed problems in the apartment, which happened A LOT. Also, the hot water would last maybe 7-10 minutes on a good day. The laundry facilities are TERRIBLE! They are in a hot-box facility and are actually quite expensive. They are always broken and never clean the clothes well. The most aggravating thing about living here is once you moved out. They charged us for the things that the leasing company should take care of. For example, they deducted almost half of our security deposit for painting the apartment. This was never mentioned before we moved in. Essentially, we lost half our security deposit when we gave it to them. They are a completely unethical company. STAY AWAY!!! more

Chasewood Downs has great service and a great staff. I never had any problems getting maintence problems resolved. The complex offers great move-in specials. However, after the first year, if you don't sign your lease early, they will jack up the price of your rent. My advice is to only live there if you know for sure how long you plan to stay in that location. Also, bargain them down in price because they quote everyone different rent prices. more
