The job was finished as promised. There was communication throughout the whole process. I NEEDED TO MOVE INTO MY RECENTLY PURCHASED HOME AND WITH ALL THE TIME SPENT ON THE PROCESS, I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TIME LEFT TO SHOP AROUND FOR MY NEW CARPET, SO I RAN TO HOME DEPOT AND THEY WON'T INSTALL IT AFTER SOMEONE MADE AN ESTIMATE AND MAYBE A WEEK LATTER THEY'LL DO THE INSTALLATION, I WENT THERE CAUSE I BELIEVED THEY HAD LOW PRICES. AFTER THAT I WENT TO CHASE CARPETS, WHEN I WALKED IN THE SHOWROOM I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE TO EXPENSIVE. THE SALESMAN SHOWED ME SOME OF HIS STOCK CARPETS, AND THE PRICES WERE REALLY GOOD, THE BEST PART IS THAT I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THEIR PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT TWO HOURS AFTER I SIGN MY CONTRACT, TO SCHEDULE A NEXT DAY INSTALLATION. I decided to go Chase Carpets and Tile for my wood flooring. The selection was great. The salesman that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. he made the whole process so easy.
