Chase installed carpet in our home. The did a substandard job and were unable to fix it so that it looked good. They just stopped responding to us. Go somewhere else for profes...

Incredible selection, friendly staff, 3/20/2014

As a business owner located adjacent to Chase flooring I didn't think to leave them a review but seeing as how they have done SO MANY of our flooring installations over the years I feel more than qualified as a customer to rave about the friendly folks at Chase Flooring. They installed carpet at our house and wood in our 7,000 sq ft furniture showroom. The selection is very much the latest trends. Their manufactured distressed wood look so much like the real deal you'll swear its reclaimed lumber from a 100 yr old barn! Gorgeous! They even send a cookie tin after they've completed the job :) more

Overall a very good experience, but damage when it occurs during installation should be pointed out. 3/6/2014

Overall, I thought that the installation process went very well. The installation team showed up on time, the three man team was obviously experienced and each went to work immediately and the the room installation was completed in about three hours. Also they did a good job of clean up after the work was done. About the only criticism I have is that during the installation some minor damage was done to my walls and baseboards. I can easily repair/paint those areas but I would have appreciated it if the installation supervisor would have pointed those areas out to me rather than letting me find them on my own later. more

Overall, a very great experience. Pros - friendly and knowledgeable staff from start to finish. Con - installers spoke very little English, so difficult to communicate with them on decision making. 2/13/2014

Phil (initial contact of sale) was very helpful, and even spent time out of his weekends to come to our home to review flooring options & samples. Vladimir (manager of installers) was very professional and responsive to our needs upon the date of install. Installers (though there was a language barrier) were very professional and hard working. They took their time and did a great job installing our kitchen and playroom floors. more

I bought new engineered wood flooring from Chase Flooring for my whole house, except bathrooms and laundry. It’s absolutely beautiful and came out just like I wanted it to. Phil at Chase by Lakeline Mall was very patient and a great help in making the experience as painless as possible (replacing all the flooring at once required nearly moving out and back in again) and I’d definitely recommend taking his advice on support services that make this easier, like a trim painter and cleaning service. Chase began installing the day I asked them for and was finished in half the time they estimated. The installers stayed late every night to get it done and cleaned up after themselves, except for construction dust. Best of all my new flooring was installed correctly and it looks great. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Chase again. more

I was amazed by the selections they had available for me. They had so many wood colors and designs that I got dizzy and almost saw everything as one color. I obviously picked the best one that match with my walls and the size of the apartment! Thank you for all the help! I appreciate the time consumed in me. more

Heart of my home - my floors 9/21/2011

I recently had three rooms in my home redone by Chase Carpets. I had boring beige carpet in my living/dining room and they suggested a great carpet that made my home look unique. I picked an fun animal print and wow..when people walk into my home they can't believe the difference - everyone loves it. And I don't need to worry about spills! I loved their work so much I immediately had my kitchen floors redone with a beautfiful and reasonable tile. Both projects were done in hours and everything went smoothly. Can't wait to redo my family room! more

Beautiful Hardwood Floors 4/6/2011

When you have several animals that spend part of their day sleeping under your bed, you one day realize that hardwood floors would be more conveninet and add depth and dimention to your bedroom. \r We loved the attention and professionalism of our Sales Representative , Keith Vera when we walked into Chase Carpet & Tile.\r Since we have furniture of several different wood types and a range of colors, Keith was able to bring samples to the house and gave us expert advice on what to select. We chose an African Mesquite Acacia wood.\r The installers were in and out in 5 hours, flooring over 400 square feet. The result is amazingly beautiful.\r My husband said this was the easiest transaction with the best results we have done concerning work to the house.\r I highly recommend Chase Carpets & Tile.\r more

Finest Flooring Austin Has to Offer! 3/31/2011

We recently built a guest house for my mom and dad so we could take care of them. We knew we were going to have to see what flooring Austin had to offer so we let our fingers do the walking and found Chase Carpets & Tile. These were just the best bunch of guys to work with. They provided information on the upside and downside to certain tiles, woods and rugs. We ended up having rug installed in the entire house. As much as I wanted to do the wood or tile I was concerned for my Mom and Dad and making sure they had a safe environment. I did one room in wood because I knew my Dad always liked the wood thing going on in his office in our old home and the staff at Chase Carpets & Tile helped to educate me on the benefit of using laminate wood versus the going the traditional wood floor. It’s got the same visual appeal but costs less to take care of. The end product was high quality and very affordable. I'm convinced that Chase Carpets & Tile are the best flooring Austin has to offer. Whatever you need whether it's rug, tile or wood I highly recommend this company. more

Chase installed carpet in our home. The did a substandard job and were unable to fix it so that it looked good. They just stopped responding to us. Go somewhere else for professionalism you won't find it with them. more

Nice Showroom! Very helpful salesman. 8/20/2009

I went all over town to find something unique. I found an exotic hardwood imported from Brazil at the south location. It was exactly what I was looking for. They don't just sale your everyday, very common products there. Don't get me wrong, they have it all from very inexpensive to very unique and modern looks. I know they stock a lot of different products as well. I had originally purchase carpet from Chase over 13 yrs ago. It still looks great! I am surprised because it was not very expensive at the time. I remember when the owner of the company used to sell out of a small house on Burnet Rd. The best thing is the service. From the salesman, Keith at south store, to the owner Marc and all the great crews. I was impressed by the way the crews were organized and worked quickly. Great place to shop! You must get a quote from these guys. It is a must! Pros: Creative way to display flooring Cons: Could not install next day :( more
