My experience with Chase is a little frustrating, the staff is friendly and helpful when you finally reach them, the lines seem to go on forever, but what really gets me is on the rare occasion when the line is short the tellers seem to disappear, why don't they just get the customers handled, and then take their breaks? Also it would help a lot if they had a line for simple transactions, rather than end up stuck behind a bunch of people who take forever doing God knows what when all I want to do is keep it short and sweet and get on with my life!
