I have been a loyal customer of Bank One for 10 years. A week ago I deposited my regular pay check and I was told they have put a hold on my money. When I inquired why, no one knew anything. I was told to go to the branch when I got there no one knew why this happened. No explainations, nothing. When I went to take my money out a couple of days later, they wouldn't let me. I had to go through all this red tape. I am changing banks. If this is how they treat a loyal customer, I would hate to see how they treat someone new. Don't use the new Calumet City Branch. more

BOOO for Sheridan Bank One! 3/8/2006

This one is mean, awful, no good, and very bad. Really. It's a standard Chase Bank except that if you go over your balance and get an outrageous fee, THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU. Try the Bank One (okay, Chase) on Armitage east of Sheffield. They are so nice there! more
