I have lived here for many years. The current management staff is rude and will lie to you, especially with repairs. I have had problems getting repairs done within the "guaranteed" 24 hours even when it is a high priority such as a broken toilet. That took over 24 hours to fix--when it is your only toilet--that is a SERIOUS problem. Broken major appliances have taken up to a week. You can call or submit your problems online--you still need to hound them to fix anything. The office staff is surley and abrupt. They do not care, they have no customer service skills.\r
With all the nice condos built recently--you can do MUCH beter for the same price.
