Worst Night Ever! 2/18/2011

What a terrible experience. Met some co-workers for a Christmas dinner. Service was slow, first bottle of wine was over-priced and corked! Food came out late and they forgot one person's meal, we all had to wait. Then to top it off - the valet attendant didn't lock our car doors and several items were stolen. Chart House corporate (Emily R.) was extremely rude, basically calling me a liar about the incident. We even had a police report and everything. Anyways, the area down there isn't safe, the Chart House isn't that great, and you would be much better off going to a Ruby's restaurant. If you do have to go for some reason, make sure you don't valet your car!!! more

A Wonderful Experience 5/7/2003

The food is outstanding. The service is great. I always have a relaxing enjoyable meal watching the boats on the river at night. The wine list is exceptional as well. I find my waiters always knowlegable about the food and the wine choices. If you are a chocolate lover, you cannot leave without a Chocolate Lava Cake. Pros: ample food choices, knowlegable waiters, excellent wine list Cons: a la cart can be $$ more
