What a good job by charlotte water damage they really went the extra mile. My dishwasher must a broke a pipe under it and we had water all in our kitchen. I was glad water damage charlotte could come out in a minute notice. The extracted all the water quickly and also sanitized so we would have any mold. The even worked with my insurance so I have no up front cost. more

There was a pond in the back of my house and it rained all night. When we woke up our down stairs was full of water. I didn?t expect this at all. I called charlotte water damage and they were her in a half hour it was good. They worked well with my insurance to replace my wood floors and the carpet in the living room area. Very professional people. more

amazing work 6/5/2011

I had a big fish tank that broke in my living room so I called charlotte water damage. I didn?t know what to do about all the water on my carpet. They were great and shoed up with in a half hour. The extracted all the water out of the carpet and padding. Also sanitized it so down the road I would not have problems. I was so happy due tom I was renting the home. I was even able to pay by check cause the price was so good. more

Amazing job and work from charlotte water damage. I had a problem with the pipe under my sink that busted and water was every where. I didn?t know even how to turn off the water. Charlotte water damage customer service helped me do that then came right out. I was so happy they were able to get all the water up and save my sink. They worked great with my insurance company and I had no problems. more

I had come back from vacation to find my toilet had kept running and over flowed all over the house. I called charlotte water damage and the help and called my insurance company. Which worked out well. They replaced all my hard wood floors and replaced my carpeting for me. They water clean up was a snap for them. I was back in my home less than 3 days. more

fantastic work 6/4/2011

Great company charlotte water damage. They saved my wood floors. My air conditioning drain was clogged and all the water poured in from outside. My wood floors were soak and wet and I was worried they would buckle. Charlotte water damage got here just in time. They extracted all the water right off my wood floors first then the carpet next. I was so happy it wasn?t worse that I thought so I just charged it on my credit card. more

Very pleased customer of charlotte water damage. My daughter left the tub running and I have a big circle tub. My downstairs was like a swimming pool. Charlotte water damage came to my rescue A quick. I was happy they dealt with the insurance company and all I had to do no leg work at all. more

What an amazing job by charlotte water damage. The pipe under my sink split and I had water in my kitchen and all under the sink. I never thought this would ever happen. When I called charlotte water damage they were very professional and dispatched someone to my home right away. They were the in less than 20 minutes and got right to clean up. They even called my insurance company for me so I had no worries. more

Charlotte water damage really saved my upstairs. I had the hose on my washer brake and water was all over my upstairs. I was worried about my ceilings coming down. I called charlotte water damage they were out her so quick. They had all the water up in less than 30 minutes. They also cleaned the rugs for me so no smells would set in. My ceiling was saved and so wasn?t my pocket. Great price for someone who didn?t have insurance. more

I had to call charlotte water damage when I had a flood in my basement. I was in standing water it was bad. They were great they came out quickly and cleaned up all the water. Made sure everything was sanitized. They worked great with my insurance company so I had no out of pocket money to dish out at all. more
