Insurance company sent me to Charlotte RV and marine after a truck side-swiped my motor home on the highway. Lots of damage down the side. They even fabricated new baggage doors because Monaco could not provide them in a reasonable time. I can't tell it was ever hit. Kudos is a word I rarely use, but it fits here. more

This was the only dealer I found who was up-front about making sure the brakes worked on the boat trailer. Nobody thinks about something so basic, but I found out that most dealers illegally sell used boats on trailers with no brakes. Florida should have a mandatory boat trailer inspection law!!! more

Brian was great! he kept in touch with us the entire time we were waiting for repairs to be completed. We were on the road when the RV broke down and it was towed here. I cant say enough good things and I appreciate their great service. more

Wonderful Service 7/31/2012

Charlotte RV provided us with wonderful service and excellent work. We had some trouble with our RV and they got to us almost as soon as we got there. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They didn't stop until it was fixed and we are so grateful. more

Excellent Experience 7/2/2012

I just wanted to say how satisfied we are with our recent experience with Charlotte RV. We had a long list of problems that were not all handled properly by other RV service centers. It's a long list so I won't go into detail, but I want to acknowledge the managers at this establishment for their excellence in service. They kept us informed of the progress, were always available when we called, and welcomed our visit to see how things were going. When completed, the bill did not exceed the estimate and they cleaned the entire motor home for us the day we picked it up! They left us with nothing to complain about! Actually being able to talk to the managers was the key to getting our RV property repaired. You can count on us recommending Charlotte RV to our friends and family too! more
