If every experience with a contractor or service company was as perfect as ours was Charlotte Garage Doors what a joy it would be for homeowners everywhere. Tech was as friendly, helpful, honest, efficient, skilled, and polite as anyone that you will EVER deal with. The very fair price quoted was exactly the price charged. He was on time, communicated well, and even did extra work at no charge. more

Wow,they gave me all sorts of discounts and deals on this brand new garage door I had ordered! It was the last in stock so I got it for a steal! I am so happy my sister referred me to this company I couldn't be happier and I definitely am pleased with them and would use them again in the future! more

showed up the same day, quoted me a price for the work and there were no hidden fees. The technician arrived at arrange time to fix a garage door, had the parts on hand and got my garage door working that day. Very friendly guy knows his trade and the rates were competitive. Great service! more

Very pleased 5/30/2013

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up! more

My garage door broke the day we left on vacation so I used the web to help find someone to repair it when we got back. All 5 stars so it was a no-brainer. Called from the vacation spot and made an appointment for the day after we returned. Tech was there on time and took care of the problem; and the final cost turned out to be less than his estimate. more

My garage door was stuck halfway and tech didn't have to come out to fix it. We just talked over the phone and he guided me on how to fix the machine. He is very knowledgeable about how the machine works and I would highly recommend him. more

Above and beyond. Trust this company! We called them to replace a garage door spring. They were here earlier than promised, and did way more than just the springs - adjusted my GD opener, lubed all the hinges, tightened all the bolts, the whole bit. more

I've had several other companies try to charge me way too much for my broken garage door. Being sick of being duped, I read many reviews online about them and was like why not? I?ll give them a try. They charged me a lot less than those other companies and were very professional. I highly recommend. more

I'm very pleased.!!! no better company in the Aurora area. 1/31/2013

The tear down of my damaged door and installation of the new door was completed in less than 3 hours. The price I received was at least $400 less than I would have paid through one of the large chain stores. I would recommend them to anyone who needed to change their garage door. more

We had a garage door break on a rental property that needed to be addressed right away - it wouldn't close! Charlotte Garage Doors had someone on the scene in an hour and they fixed it in 45 minutes. Excellent service, once again. These guys don't mess around. more
