Our senior Dachshund was terrified to go the veterinarian - would tremble the whole time she was there. Has had major spinal surgery, so somewhat understandable. Pros: Kind, courteous, always have time for me. Cons: None more

I rate the hospital satisfactory because they were accommodating and it was a friendly atmosphere. However, one time I took my dog to be neutered and picked him up the next day as scheduled. I received instructions on how to take care of the dog and paid the bill. When I got home to review the bill and saw a charge for additional time because of a complication. This was not relayed to me when the animal was released. I called up and ask the receptionist for clarification. She stated there must of been a complication and that is why it's there. I asked to speak to the vet to explain the what went wrong in the procedure. I received a call two days later from the receptionist saying she would credit my credit card.
