Worst

Our oil was changed 4 the 1st time on our truck & the mechanic's only used 6 qts. Our truck requires 7.4 qts. Our last oil change here. We bought our own oil, had 9 qts in the box...

Excellant Customer Service 2/28/2013

My car had engine and transmission issues and had been parked for several months.Charlie's was able to get my car to their shop tell me what exactly the problem was. They reached out my warranty company and was able to get them to cover 80% of the damages. So at the end of it all it cost me a total of $926.00.They kept me informed at all times of progress and my car back to me it two weeks. I will always use and recommend Steve and Charlie to any and everyone for excellant service they go above and beyond for their customers. more

I liked them 7/17/2012

They were friendly. They found a lot wrong with my work van, but they didn't push when I wanted to only get the work done that was absolutely necessary. I would go to them again. The prices seemed fair also. more

good ppl..excellent service..great prices..had my 2000 nissan sentra recently serviced there and Charlies did an fantastic job..i couldnt be any happier..i will definately recommend Charlies to service ur car and i think i found my new mechanics. Thanks u guys. more
