Worst

Took my truck to Jerrys, fixed right first time. And is still running perfect. Charlies is incompitent. Jerry was shocked when I told him what happened with my AC at Charlies.

Worked on Tims truck for a no start. a/c compressor was frozen up so we replaced the compressor ,dryer and orfice 4-4-2012.. The truck returned for a/c not working. After diagnosis for leak we determined the evaporator core under dash was leaking customer declined repair. Here at charlies auto we do not rip people off. Charlies auto has been in buisness 17 years and we were voted best of the best auto repair for 8 years by the people of mason city. more

Poor service 10/16/2009

Droped it off on a Monday so they could try again. On Friday still didnt have it in. They didnt even say when they could get at it. Three days in a row maybe today. Very poor customer service never been treated this way by an owner ever. He wouldnt even tell us when he could get at it. If ever. Be very cautious when taking anything here cost me a lot of money paid them on time and no respect from them at all. Not good people to deal with. Contact anyone before you go to this joker all he does is sit in the office eating doughnuts all day ripping people off. Pros: None Real trashy place with trashy people. Cons: Had car there once they said was fixed wasnt. more
