I love this Company. Charleston Cleaning and Restoration are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a great job on my carpet, tile, and couch!! I was impressed and will surely use them again in the future. Fair prices and quailty work...can't be beat in my book more

We experienced a horrible rain, and the water started backing up in the Mother-in-law suite in our home. I called CC&R, and they were quick to respond. Mr. Irvin had the water gone, and my carpet dried in no time. He then explained to me about the mold possibilities, due to the water, and was able to treat the carpets to prevent it. He was knowledgeable, and helpful. His prices were competitave, and we were very pleased with his service. His staff was friendly, and at a time we were worried about our property, he was so helpful. Pros: quick to respond, returned my calls within an hour. Cons: none that I saw more

No More Stains!Thanks 7/27/2008

You guys came out and cleaned up some stains out of the carpet of one of my customers after my crew did a renovation/remodeling job. Thanks so much yall did an amazing job I'll definitely be calling you guys in the future! Pros: They're punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable more

Superior Service A++ 7/11/2008

These guys came out to clean my furniture and carpet today. Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning all of my things, but they also gave me a bottle of stuff to clean up stains and spills AT NO CHARGE! I highly recommend using these guys if you want great results! Pros: Great Service, friendly workers more
