I have been going to Charles Penzone in Dublin for a few years now, and will never, ever go anywhere else. I have extremely thick, unruly hair, and no one ever cut it correctly...I always somehow ended up looking like a boy or a crazy cat lady. I get my hair done (cut/colored) by Brittany G, and I highly reccomend her to everyone! She does an amazing job, listens to exactly what you want, and never tries to push anything on you. more

Scheduling Issue 9/28/2005

My friend and I tried to treat ourselves to a spa day together but it was a disappointment instead! We had scheduled appointment together over 1 week in advance only to get there and have one of us wait while the other had her pedicure. In fact, I waited 15 minutes for my appointment and then because she didn't have a massage chair available I ended missing the appointment entirely. (I had a manicure appt. schedule. immediately. after the pedi.) I wasn't even please with the way the situation was handled Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this salon for a spa day with friends! more
