DO NOT USE THEM!!! 6/6/2011

TERRIBLE!!! If I could give zero stars, then I would. I prepaid for my limo shuttle service to and from the airport. The limo he picked us up in felt like it was going to fall apart. The return trip....NO LIMO! I called the driver, and he said that he was told to show up to pick us up in a van (a ghetto white van at that). I tried calling Charles, but conveniently, he stopped answering his phone. I did NOT pay for a nasty white van to pick us up. Not only that, but the driver was the worst driver ever. I got car sick from his constant braking for no reason on the freeway. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

OK to airport - no show at airport on return 10/26/2010

The pick up at 4am was perfectly timed. We felt the car was a little musty, probably from cigarette smoke, but the driver was nice and got us to the airport on time. The return trip was not as successful. We paid extra to have the driver meet us in the terminal. To be fair, he told us we may have call to him if he can't find a place to park. We didn't see him inside the terminal, but took our bags and waited outside the terminal. While waiting, I realized that somewhere during our 10 day vacation I misplaced the paper with his phone number. No problem I assume, I know he has my number and would call right? Nope. Well, about the time we were going to call a cab, we saw him!!! He was pulling into the parking garage, we waved our arms and assumed he saw us because he backed out illegally from the driveway into the parking structure and back into traffic! Well, traffic was too full he couldn't get over to use so we just waited 20 minutes for him to circle around assuming he would come pick us up. Nope. Never showed. Never called. We wanted to get home as we were tired and just grabbed a cab. I never had a follow up call, or email, or anything until 2 1/2 weeks after the missed pick up when they emailed us our statement. The whole thing was prepaid but I honestly didn't feel like calling to or argue. I booked them through he website OrangeCountyAirportLimo. Next I know to make sure they aren't the selected limo company. more

You will be lucky to get a ride 5/10/2009

If you actually want a ride to or from LAX from Orange County then I'd advise against considering this ramshackle outfit. There was no promised confirmation call on the day before the scheduled pickup. So, luckily, I called instead. The main 877 number didn't work so don't bother calling. Try calling the local number (949) 307-3509 if you want to hear about how the car is broken down and it's the mechanics fault. Then have fun trying to book a ride to the airport at the last minute. Thanks Charles! Very classy! Pros: He promised a refund... Cons: Had to rebook with another car service for 50% more more

Twilight Zone 11/25/2007

Our introduction to Classy Cars was when we contracted and prepaid ten days in advance for a sedan and driver to meet and greet our very elderly parents at LAX on at 4:45PM in the terminal baggage area and drive them 45 miles to our home for the Holiday.\r \r We were finally called by our parents at 5:40PM, an hour after scheduled pickup, and told that the driver was a no-show. At 6:10PM, after repeatedly trying, we still had no contact from Classy Cars. But the real panic was that we could not reach anybody associated with Classy Cars because the primary contact number voicemail box was full, the contract backup number did not seem to ring or pick up at all, and the phone number X from our Caller ID records picked up with a fax signal. We tried repeatedly for quite awhile before we gave up; not knowing if Classy Cars was a simple scam, whether we were in the Twilight Zone, or what our very elderly parents were to do with no cell phone and no ride.\r \r The following afternoon, on a whim, we again called the primary number, which was immediately answered by a real person. When we explained our experiences, this person seemed to be completely unaware of the problem and seemed little interested in any explanations other than some questionably vague excuses and telling us of his embarrassment. His explanation for the no-show driver was that he presumed (but could not confirm) that our sedan must have been the one that was stuck in traffic for four hours and never made it to pick-up (we never could find any evidence of a four-hour traffic jam). He also explained that his assistant must have left for the Holiday so quickly that she forgot to switch the phone over from fax to voicemail, but never explained why the other two numbers were also inoperable. He had no idea why we never got a call from the driver. We have no evidence that we were ever assigned to any driver, with no contact from the driver before or since. Still waiting for answers and refund.\r Pros: Easy to Make Prepaid Reservations Cons: Unpredictable Performance more
