Charisma Salon & Day Spa

I have visited the Charisma Salon 4 times. After experiencing consistently late stylists, poor attitudes, inferior results, I've decided to take my money elsewhere. It is loud and poorly lit. The stylists don't seem particularly happy, I'm not sure if this is a problem with management or what. Although it may have changed, the make-up stylist had you sitting right in front of the receptionist's desk where it is very congested and very poorly lit. Certainly hope they have changed that. more

My husband bought me a gift certificate for this salon for Christmas. I used it to have my hair put up and make-up done for a special occasion. I was particularly happy with my hair. They recommended a certain stylist who does most of the updos (can't remember her name). She did such a great job! She asked me what I was looking for and then showed me some pictures of things she's done. The end result was beautiful! It stayed in all night and looked great many hours after. I also had my make-up done. It was done so fast. She took no time to figure out what might look good or really ask me what I wanted. She whipped on the make-up and took off. Apparently I was her last client and then she was leaving. It wasn't the greatest experience. Her name was Mary. more
