After gloating about my recent purchase of a Charapp vehicle to my Dad, he wanted to go there and take a look for himself. The best part of Charapp is not only do they have a Ford dealership, but also a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store and a pretty big used lot. He is a ""Dodge man"" so he was happy about that. He was surprised. He ended up in a new Grand Caravan. more

Customer service speaks volumes! 5/22/2010

I was refered to Charapp by a friend who purchased a Rubicon from them. He told me about their customer service and how impressed he was. He wasn't lying. These guys are great. I didn't think I would be able to get a new car due to my credit, but they got it done and my monthly payments are not much more than I was paying for my POS Honda haha. Pros: Friendly, Fair, Courteous, etc. Cons: N/A more
