This place is relatively new, open for about a year. What I love about it (besides the fact that they have the best char siu) is that it looks nice new and clean. I like that they put some effort into making the place not look like a sanitation disaster, proving that there is at least ONE meat market in Chinatown that doesn't have to look disgustingly gross. I'm Chinese, and I have to say, sometimes it's an embarrassment to me to look at these stereotypically horrendous holes-in-the-wall that pass for eateries. Anyway, enough about the insults to my ethnic sensibilities...this is DA BEST char siu and I think the secret's out--I'm starting to have to wait in lines! Oh well...
