I was a Statefarm customer for 5 years, but no more. I have received numerous mailings from my agent, only to have multiple spelling errors, punctuation errors, and typing errors. If an insurance office can't proofread the mailings that leave the office, I have no confidence in their ability to serve me when I truly need them. My agent was superior, however, his office staff was incompetent. After years of dealing with this, I decided to head to my local Allstate office.
