The service advisor,(Tom) was more concerned about getting paid,(tech) rather than customer service. I wanted to know if the issue was the transmission problem and if it was under warranty.. He did a diagnostic on my vehicle that I did not want.. I paid 133.00 for nothing.. I know what is wrong with my car and left with the feeling that he just wanted to make money off of me.. I was very disappointed... I took my car down the street and Aamco and they looked at my car for free... This is not the first time I have had issues with Hyundai dealers, a while back I took my car into the dealer because my window tinting is coming off, I was told the life of the vehicle warranty on the tinting was voided because the dealer I bought my car from was no longer in business.. I will never buy another Hyundai or take my car in for service at a Hyundai dealership... satisfying the customer is low priority for Hyundai in my opinion...
