I never have been so disappointed in a business for that matters a auto repair shop.oct 9 2014 I had my car towed to Chapman Enterprises on Chapman hwy before I got there i spoke with berry very nice over the phone he understood I had car's extended warranty on my car.I have never had a probable with my extended warranty be for you go by there prodacall you get approval be for you touch the car to see what they will cover..Well after I got my car towed there I spoke with norman I told him please don't touch my car tell you call my extended warranty.i even wrote there#down ad's repeated my self do not touch my car tell you call insurance first I told them what was wrong with my car even got it diagnosed from auto zone and another mechanic that even spoke with chapman enterprise what was wrong with my car again Irepeated myself please do not touch my car till you get approval.I got a phone call that they could fix my car that they had an alternator right there ready to be put in there alternator was over 200 dollers my insurance co found a brand-new one at napa auto parts for 184.00 dollers saving me substantial amount of money.I spoke with then again told them what my insurance would pay..not to mention I have a 2003 Ford Taurus well I said hang on I need to think about it.I could not think I was very sick with a fever throwing up all day.I called and said I would like to pick up my car so I could thank over the weekend.because they where closed on the weekend.and after I realized they did not follow the protocol that the insurance asked for and I had told them three different times on oct 9 2014\r I rolled out of bed called friend may use your car please some how I have to pick my car up.on my way I called said I was on my way.too pick my car up they told me before they would release my car I would have to pay for the diagnostic I said why would you do that you had to call my insurance co.before you touch the car well on the phone driving there could barely keep my head up he said well I will just charge you 30dollers.after I got there berry said bee would have to charge me.12 dollars for charging my battery.the total they charged me was 48 dollers.with out permission from me or the insurance co.they would not let me have my car back unless I paid him.as he was wringing me up he asked me if I was mad .ilooked more

I have recently completed a service episode that has run over a period of about 9 months. The first 2 places that I looked at my truck basically told me either to just drive it with the bad rear end or that it would need to be rebuilt for $1400 plus. Barry and crew spent some time, tried some fixes, diagnosed the problem and then FIXED it for a lot less than I expected.
