I recieved the best customer service 6/8/2012

I recieved the best customer service that I EVER have with Chapman Air and Heat, no exaggeration! My ac unit completely died 5 days after I had my first child. Being home by myself with a new baby, and my husband having gone back to work I felt instantly overwhelmed. I called my home warranty that morning and they put Chapman Air & Heat on the job. I called them and they fit me into their busy schedule and came that same day! By Wednesday of that SAME WEEK I had a new unit!!! That is the fastest I have ever recieved help. Not only were they extremely fast, they were so helpful. I was updated as to the status of the unit every step of the way. What was a stressful situation for me turned out to be a great experience. THANK YOU!!!!! more

Chapman Air is Fantastic 10/8/2009

My A/c unit died this summer, and it was 15 years old, so it was time to upgrade. I got the Trane XL20i from Chapman Air and don't regret it. I definately recommend these guys because they know what they are doing. They were on time, professional and courteous, which you dont see much these days. Thank you Chapman Air. more
