Chapel Hill Garage Door did an excellent job repairing my garage door. They sent someone out in short notice, called before they headed out, and was done in no time. Very efficient and exceptional customer service. They have competitive pricing and I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. more

Need no one else, but you guys 7/5/2013

I had to call Chapel Hill Garage Door back for an issue I was having and he came immediately--that very day--and corrected the issue so that it now works perfectly. It is so refreshing to be able to get somebody on the phone right away and have them take care of the situation immediately--without any further charges. I won't ever use anybody else. more

Very helpful and generous people 5/17/2013

I had you guys come out to replace my girlfriends opener. It always made this really loud and ugly screaming sound. It bugged me everytime I'd go over, so I decided to surprise her and get her a new opener and had you lube up the door tracks. She was very pleased, and needless to say, I got lots of loving for it. haha. Thanks for the work guys. Greatly Appreciated. more

Great company to save money 5/6/2013

I needed the gears in my opener replaced. They kept sticking together and they were wearing down fast. So the technician came out and quoted me an estimate for new gears to be installed, and a new opener installation. I decided to just replace the gears, so he got right to it.! I really apprciate the hard work. more

Thanks Guys! I was stuck and had to get to work. I called and got somebody to come out immediately. Turns out it was a broken spring, but they got it fixed on the spot. I called around later and found out I got a great price. Now my friends know who to call. more

Great estimate 1/24/2013

Excellent service - by that I mean the combination of integrity, experience, and responsibility. I'm a civil engineer by training and detailed oriented. Chapel Hill Garage Door was time-prompt with the estimate and work on replacing my broken coiled springs of my rolled-up garage door. Replaced a couple of roller brackets for free, tuned opener up, and explained the dos and don’ts of DIY maintenance (most of them makes sense). more

I really wish I would have contacted then sooner than I did. My garage door was falling apart and I needed someone to come over quickly and fix it before it did. I called this company- and they showed up the same day. They saved me a headache of having to deal with it by myself, and saved me a hole in my pockets by providing the best deals! You should call them today for great deals on repairs and replacements! more

We have an ancient garage with a super heavy garage door and a mess of wiring/joists. Chapel Hill garage door worked with our ridiculously heavy (but burglar proof) door, was very willing to work with the opener that we bought and couldn't install ourselves, updated us with automatic stops for child safety, and came up with a VERY clever solution for working with the funky joist set-up. If that was all he did, I would have been very happy. But then he gave a detailed lesson on operating the door, what to do in case of power outage, etc. etc. Incredible customer focused. This guy is fantastic. more

excellent service 8/22/2012

The tear down of my damaged door and installation of the new door was completed in less than 3 hours. The price I received was at least $400 less than I would have paid through one of the large chain stores. I would recommend them to anyone who needed to change their garage door. more
