Everything about this chapel screams elegance. it is in a beautiful mountain setting ran by wonderful people. My wedding planner, Tiffany, was great. She was wonderful for helping me to figure out exactly what i needed to make my day perfect. Not only was she helpful, but she was quick to respond to all of my questions. That made this easier. not to mention, i was able to afford the beautiful wedding i desired. i will defiantly be recommending this chapel to friends and family who are looking to get married.\r Wedding: 01/28/2013 more

My wife and I had a vow renewal here this past spring. Very small, just her and I. I just wanted to let you know how much it meant to my wife and I. We got married here recently, everything was wonderful. The minister made us feel welcome, and comfortable, like he knew us his whole life. The lady who did our pictures was alot of fun, and made our wedding pictures beautiful. I couldnt have asked for a better day. more

I attended a wedding at Chapel at the Park in March. The bride was glistening with happiness. The groom was all smiles while his bride walked down the isle. The flowers were gorgeous, very well put together. It was an outside wedding and the seating was perfect. They left you plenty of room to feel comfortable and not feel crowded. The music was beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for the perfect wedding venue! more

Chapel at the Park was selected by Media Matters as the number one wedding chapel in Tennessee. For more than 12 years we have provided quality weddings at very affordable prices. We have assisted over 10,000 people in starting their new lives together. After 10,000 weddings we have three bad reviews on this site. And although we make mistakes like anyone the three reviews on this site are simply false. The review by ""Michelle"" was actually written by her mother who was upset that she was not included in her daughters decisions. It is true she did not have her pictures or video in a month but that is because the bride chose not to order them until she was ready. Within 30 days of her order (as promised) she had everything that came with her package. more

In reading the reviews for Chapel at the Park (and other business)... there are really great reviews and some bad reviews... I think that comes with every business, even mine... but I think that people that write things like RIP OFF, RIP OFF and just angry because they didn't get their way... though having a malfunction on video equipment on your wedding is pretty bad... but certainly not malicious... I doubt someone arrived to work that morning and thought, ""hmmm, let me mess up the video"".... it was a horrible occurrence.. which I'm pretty confident doesn't happen very often (thank goodness).... how could one person's observation that ""it's the worst customer service ever"" be compared to ""it's the best customer service ever, I felt like family"" exist with the same employee names. I think another place on the internet to get a better sense of a business is that business's FACE BOOK Page.... I would suggest going to Chapel At The Park's face book page and seeing how many couples are really happy with their wedding day..... as a business owner that works with a lot of vendor businesses in Gatlinburg, TN. I can't imaging that Everyone's goal here is to really create a special moment... just a thought. more

Worst Experience 4/13/2012

This was the worst wedding experience anyone could dream of. I have been waiting over 4 months to recieve the pictures and wedding DVD from my wedding and still have nothing. On top of that, I am just now informed, 4 months after my wedding, that there must have been an ""act of god"" that caused my wedding video to not record!! So now, all my family who ordered DVD's will never see my wedding and I still have no pictures. Nice right?? more

I am so glad that we looked before we bought. There are many chapels but almost all of them are right on the road with noise and traffic. ANd most do not look like their web page. more

chapel at the park-wonderful 7/26/2011

My wedding day was really stressful for many reasons up until we arrived at the chapel. We had car problems and other problems by the time we arrived and I was literally a mess. Chapel at the park did above and beyond to make our day wonderful; almost impossible by that point (smile). My wedding coordinator was Lee Anne and from the beginning marvelous. Never saw before entering the week of wedding but when we did I was really happy I chose. They helped get my gown spot cleaned, straightened and broke a few traditions to calm me down. Pics are amazing actually. I can't say enough about them really. I am so grateful to them for everything. The Rev. made our ceremony so special and personal, it was just beautiful. Thank you to everyone. We will never forget you all! more

We Had A Really Great Experience! 3/22/2011

Hi... we were married here in January 2011... It was a snowy week but everything worked out really well. There was snow on the ground and everything looked really beautiful and pretty. I love my pictures. Everyone was really nice and really professional. Margaret was my wedding consultant and she was really helpful. It was just a great day for me and my new husband and my family. I just let the day happen and everything as great. Easy planning, no stress (well almost no stress - afterall I was the bride). I would recommend that you get married here. The consultant made me very at ease and everything was set when I got to town. Gatlinburg is really pretty too! more

Chapel at the Park 2/14/2011

Overall I was not the happiest I could of been on my wedding day. You will feel very rushed and as tho you are on an assembly line of brides being rushed through the door. I also felt that the photographer we had was very POOR. She was telling us that the pictures were amazing and that everything was great but when we looked them up online I was very disappointed! She took so many pictures while people had their eyes closed or had their mouths open and she did not bother to retake the picture. Now that I have ordered my pictures and am awaiting their arrival I have been given the run around as to why it has taken OVER A MONTH to get them. I have called twice and and the second time the lady was very rude and refused to overnight my pictures even tho it was THEIR fault I had not received them yet. The customer service is terrible!!!!!! more

Living Happily Ever After . . . 1/19/2011

We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding. This is our second marriage and I did not know Tom's family and he did not know mine except for one brief meeting two years ago. We selected Chapel at the Park because of the pictures on their web page and they did not disappoint. Our coordinators name was Patti which is my mom's name so I felt comfortable from the beginning. She was so helpful. We only had 40 guests but I think every single one of them has told me how much they enjoyed the wedding and the reception especially the beautiful cake. We just got our photo album and video today (it took me so long to order them because they took so many for us to choose from) and they are just perfect. They captured things I had forgotten all about. I have a 15 year old daughter and I am already thinking about her wedding at Chapel at the Park HAHA!!!!! (in ten years) Thanks again to everyone! overall good but bad reccomendation about ruined the day 10/27/2010

My husband and I were married there we liked the chapel, preacher and flowers were nice, loved our pictures they were great. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is when we asked where we could rent our clothing you referred us to fantasy bridal, we rented there, picked up our wedding rentals, went back to the hotel to get ready and my now husband had to go back to the store 3 different times because our sales lady, Joyce forgot to put all our stuff in the garment bag. After all the trips I ended up having to get married without a bra, we didnt have time to go back again. We almost missed our own wedding! Thank goodness we made it and the rest of our experience was good. more

Beautiful chapel, beautiful day 8/21/2010

Chapel at the Park is beautiful. We had an outdoor ceremony and the setting was gorgeous. It's in the shade, for the most part, so your guests don't bake in the sun. Because it's in the shade, some of the photos don't turn out as well as you'd like, but you still get great photos. The minister was perfect... not too religious, says wonderful things about love and is very personal in a good way. The music is also nice. The dressing room is great and the hostess meets you at your car and carries your dress in. The only thing I would recommend is that you book an extra half hour or something so you have more time for pictures and mingling. It's a little bit rushed. But I understand why it's rushed... especially when they have back-to-back weddings and don't want overlap between guests. One thing... they forgot my bubbles, which I paid an extra $10 or $15 for. I'd recommend you buy your own bubbles and have a guest be in charge of distributing them. Overall, they made us feel comfortable. It was definitely a special day and beautiful place. more

The Perfect Day 4/20/2010

We had an amazing wedding at the the Chapel at the Park. The people were really nice and fun to be around. Everything was smooth and orderly. There was not one awkward moment. I am very happy I chose them. Everything was done online and via phone calls. The photos are amazing, and the only thing I was worried about when choosing a chapel online. I could not be a happier bride. I recommend The Chapel at the Park to anybody, no matter what style, price you are looking for!! more
